About the Role

At Marco is looking for a professional-level Photographer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about brand storytelling, detail-oriented, and highly experienced behind the lens. You’ll work closely with our content directors, strategists, and design team to capture high-impact imagery for brands across lifestyle, product, and campaign work.

You must have a solid technical foundation and a creative eye—someone who doesn’t just shoot, but sees.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute on-location and in-studio photo shoots for client campaigns, social content, and branded storytelling
• Handle all camera settings in manual mode, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance
• Work with our creative director and clients to ensure vision and tone are met across all deliverables
• Import, cull, and edit images using Lightroom and Photoshop to professional delivery standards
• Organize and archive digital assets for internal and client use
• Maintain clear communication throughout project timelines and shoot days
• Collaborate with videographers, designers, and content leads to build seamless brand visuals

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Sony mirrorless cameras (Sony Alpha series preferred)
• Fluent in manual photography—confident in adjusting exposure settings quickly and precisely
• Strong post-production skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end brand, lifestyle, product, or commercial photography
• Strong understanding of lighting setups (natural and artificial)
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Reliable, self-directed, and confident on fast-paced shoots
• Strong communication and ability to take feedback and direction well
• Must own your own Sony equipment (camera body, lenses, basic lighting kit)

Bonus if You Have

• Experience in motion (video, reels, or behind-the-scenes content)
• Studio lighting experience (continuous or strobe)
• Familiarity with agency or brand work
• Experience in creating cohesive image sets across platforms (web, social, print)
